Represent clients effectively in start-up fundraising transactions
Startups often require high quality representation in their early funding transactions so that they are not prejudiced in the long run. When you are approached, don’t be in the woods. An effective fundraising representation often evolves into a long lasting and trusted client relationship. I will draw from my experience working in over 200 startup funding transactions across deal sizes and successive rounds and share with you a basic framework to follow when advising clients who are raising investments for their startup.
